The Office of Diversity & Inclusion (ODI) offers training to support the engagement needs of the AU community.
We provide training that strengthens cultural competency, sensitivity, and diversity among the internal and external communities of AU. Each training provides tools and resources for units to build upon with their teams, including team building, emotional intelligence best practices, and interactive learning tools.

Cited below are a list of training led by the ODI team. Once you select the training(s) that works best for your unit, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you would like to request specialized training for your unit, please contact us at ODI@augusta.edu.
