Please complete the following questions to apply for the 2024 Berkeley Ensemble Chamber Music Course.  The first half of the form asks for contact and logistical information, and the latter gives you an opportunity to tell us about your musical experience, playing standard, and musical preferences. 

Payment: a non-refundable deposit of £170 is due on application.  However, in the unlikely event that we are unable to place individual players of similar ability into chamber ensemble combinations with suitable repertoire then the deposit will be refunded in full.  The balance of £290 (£260 for those taking advantage of our Refer a Friend offer) is due by 1 February 2024.  Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer:  The Berkeley Ensemble, sort code 08-92-99, account no. 65330728.  Please put your surname and CMC as a reference.
