There are four sections for entering class information followed by an instructor information section. If you are offering more than one class, please submit a separate form for each class offering.

Please review our district school calendar when proposing your class dates. Community Education classes do not meet on days when school is not in session during the school year.

If you are a new instructor, you will need to indicate at the end of this form if you'd like to be paid as an individual or as a business.
