2022 Speech-Language Pathology Summer Clinic Application - Adult
The University of Alaska Anchorage Summer Speech & Language Clinic will be offering no cost in-person and/or telehealth sessions starting June 6, 2022 and ending on July 15, 2022. In-person sessions will be conducted at an Anchorage School District building to be determined. Telehealth sessions will be conducted via Zoom. If you are interested in enrolling in summer clinic, please complete this form and return it by April 10th. Clinic Policies: Clients will be accepted based on graduate student clinician training needs and then on a first come first served basis. We can no longer guarantee spots for returning clients. Regular attendance is required.  For telehealth sessions, clients must provide their own internet access, computer with a camera, a microphone and speaker, and a quiet distraction free environment for the therapy sessions.

Regular attendance is required.  Clients who attend regularly are known to make better progress.
Clients attending in-person therapy must provide transportation to and from therapy.
