Please understand that a background check will be conducted using the information you have provided, and that the decision of whether or not to accept you as a volunteer is at the sole discretion of the Teen Court Coordinator, and you consent to the same. *
As a participant in the New Iberia Teen Court program, I understand and acknowledge the information presented in the cases before Teen Court, including the identities of the defendants, the specific facts of the case, and any specific information about the deliberations of a jury, are strictly confidential, and that I am restricted and forbidden to disclose said information to any party other than the Teen Court judge and/or coordinator. *
