The HSC Conference runs from Thursday, July 27, 2023 through Sunday, July 30, 2023. We need volunteers in MANY capacities from early Thursday through late Sunday.

I understand that volunteers must pre-register for conference and that any reimbursement amount earned through Work Exchange will be refunded AFTER conference concludes (usually around four weeks).  My refund will be calculated based on the amount I paid so that my net ticket price is $50.  (For example, if conference ticket is purchased at $130, refund will be $80.)   Some of our dedicated volunteers will qualify this year for a special upfront ticket price to reduce out of pocket costs. Those volunteers with 2 or more years of previous conference volunteer service who plan to volunteer in 2023 can be emailed a special discount code by our Conference Volunteer Coordinator prior to Black Friday. If for any reason a member receiving this discount is unable to complete their volunteer service as agreed upon, they will be invoiced for the discounted amount. *
How many hours total are you interested in volunteering? *
Basic Volunteers generally work as many hours as they would like, Work Exchange Team Members must work 6 hours.
Are you interested in being a Work Exchange Team Member? *
This requires a 6 hour commitment (not all at one time). HSC will give you a discounted registration of $50 in exchange for your time.  Reimbursement will happen after the conference.
