1. Tuition is payable one month in advance.

2. Tuition is payable to Westminster School District (WSD-ESP) by check, money order, or cashier’s check. No cash is accepted.

3. Accounts 5 days overdue are charged a $25.00 late fee and will be dropped from the program.

4. Tuition, registration, and activity fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. There is no tuition credit for absences for illness, injury, legal or district holidays.

6. Additional fees will be charged for Staff Development/Prop Days, and special events.

7. A 10% tuition reduction is given to families with two or more children. Reduction is calculated on the lowest rated tuition.

8. A 2-week vacation credit is available for summer camp only.

9. Winter, spring, and summer camps are subject to special fees. Parents must sign-up separately for these services. Special registration information is distributed at your child’s Extended School Program site.

10. Children who are absent for more than a week or who have sporadic attendance will be dropped from the Program unless prior notification and arrangements have been made with the supervisor. A re-registration fee will be required.

11. A $20.00 fee is charged for checks returned from the bank for insufficient funds (NSF). Returned checks from the bank are required to be replaced within 24 hours by a money order or cashier’s check. If this provision is not met, program dismissal will be effective immediately.

12. Tuition is prorated and will be the same amount monthly regardless of non- school days.

13. Once an account receives more than 2 NSF checks, tuition payments must be made by money order or cashier’s check.

14. All Enrollment Contracts are updated at the beginning of the school year and summer. An Enrollment Contract may also be changed once in between those times on the 1st or 16th of the month, but thereafter a $15.00 change of contract fee is required.

15. An additional fee of $1.00 is charged for every minute past 6:00 PM that parents arrive to pick up their child. Parents must come with cash to pay staff when arriving late to pick-up child.

16. All registration forms must be completed, fees paid, and a two-day processing period must pass prior to admission.

17. Parents wanting to terminate this contract must give a two-week written notice or fill out a “Request to Drop” form, two weeks prior to the date of the drop. Or you will be required to pay the two week’s tuition even though your child is not in attendance.

18. Parents are responsible for reading & complying with the policies set forth in the Extended School Program Parent Handbook.

19. Parents will be given a 30-day notice when modifications are made to the Parent Handbook or Enrollment Contract.

20. Any violation of this contract will result in immediate dismissal from the Program.

21. The Westminster School District reserves the right to discontinue Extended School Program Services without notice.
