We want to give you or your swimmer the best start possible with our Club. By answering a few questions so we can find the correct training group for you. Once your form is submitted, you'll get a confirmation email and a coach will contact you to schedule a swim evaluation.

Do they have any previous injuries or other limitations such as hearing impairment, cognitive issues, etc. that could affect your training? Are any special accommodations needed?
What is their best time in a 50-meter freestyle?  What is their best time in a 100-meter freestyle?
