Thank you for considering the Merton PTO as a resource to support your needs and initiatives. This form is designed for teachers and staff to submit requests for PTO funding to enhance the learning environment and experiences for our students.
We encourage you to share your ideas and needs with us, as we strive to support the valuable work you do every day. While we will do our best to fulfill as many requests as possible, please keep in mind that our funds are limited, and we must prioritize projects according to available resources and guidelines regarding what the PTO can fund versus what should be covered by the School District.
To help us plan and allocate resources effectively, we ask that you submit your requests at least one month before the funds are needed. This allows us time to discuss and vote on your request at our monthly PTO meeting (the 2nd Wednesday of each month, 6PM in the Learning Lounge @ Merton Intermediate). We understand that some needs may arise on shorter notice, and we will do our best to accommodate those as well.
