Whether you are a long-time working member or a first-time customer at the 4th Street Food Coop, we’d love to hear what you think!

This survey is aimed at better understanding who participates in the life of the coop and why, and how we can cooperatively improve everyone’s experience. As things have changed a lot since the pandemic began, we are looking at ideas to adjust, collectively, what we offer and promote (including, but not limited to the products we carry).

This survey should take less than 10 minutes and will be open until January 8, 2021. Responses are confidential and you can skip any question you are not comfortable with. Each question has an “Other” box for additional responses, remarks, thoughts, and specific suggestions, which we really welcome even if they may not result in immediate changes.
