Due to the ECPS transportation protocol of picking one bus in the morning and one in the afternoon, we want to make sure we know exactly where your child is at all times.  Please complete this form as soon as possible.  We will update our records and make sure there is a smooth transition for your child's transportation needs. Please fill out the ECPS transportation form for each child riding a bus.
