What is digital detox?A digital detox is a conscious break from digital devices like smartphones, tablets, and computers, giving your mind a chance to reset and recharge. In a world where we're constantly plugged in, a digital detox helps to step back from screens, reduce distractions, and reconnect with ourselves, others, and our environment. It is not a complete break from your devices, unlike a digital fast.
This experiment requires you to go on a digital detox for 21 days where your digital consumption will be limited to 2-3 hours per day.
