5 Day Whole Food Detox
Welcome to the 5 Day Whole Food Detox. The winter season is the season for rest and rejuvenation for mind, body, and beauty. After all the big celebrations in October through December you need to make an extra effort to maintain a balance of healthy foods and habits that counter the all too common extremes of energy depletion, stress, and indulgence in foods that don't support your inner and outer beauty.

This challenge will be conducted in a private Facebook group where you'll get live coaching from Coach Vickee. This is a chance for you to get clear on your health and fitness goals and make it sustainable this time around. Also just so you know they'll be some work involved, like goal homework not working out.
