ESI Student Innovation Program invites you to participate in a webinar “Women in Tech: From Pastry Chef to UAV Demo-Engineer” hosted by FIXAR on June 8 at 17.00.

Karina Limora, Senior Demo Engineer at FIXAR,  team member for FAI Drone Racing (F9U) and a Latvian team member for FAI Space Model will share her inspiring story. She finished school as a pastry chef, while her hobby was teaching kids aero modelling and building spaceships. Now, working with UAVs is a full-time job.

FIXAR is a leading software and aircraft design developer, powering commercial autonomous UAVs for industrial applications. Karina will share the daily challenges she faces while working in a fast-paced deep-tech startup.
