Sapphire Elite Allstars - Interest Form 2021-2022
Thank you for your interest in Sapphire Elite at Affinity Gymnastics. Please complete the below form to register your interest for the Sapphire Elite tryouts for the 20-21 season. Registering your information will ensure you receive our Information Pack and any other relevant information at the earliest date possible.

Providing Government Guidelines allow, we plan to hold our Team Placements for the 21-22 Season on Saturday 22nd & Sunday 23rd May, to start the new season from 7th June onwards.

This season we are aiming to offer classes from ages 3+, as well as recreational classes.

Sessions are Team Placements will need to be pre-booked to ensure we are inline with capacity, but we'll release more information of this along with our Info Pack, which will have everything you need to know about the upcoming season!
