Filling out this form is the first step to joining us for a weekend away in Raukawa. This registration will take about 5 minutes per family member (a family of 3 will take 15 minutes). Take your time to read through the questions carefully before answering.

Please be aware that filling in this registration form does not guarantee your family's enrolment to our next camp. Families are selected to attend based on their answers to the 'Your Y' section of this form and police vetting results.
