Camp Wilmot Rental 2021
We are glad that you would like to come and visit Camp Wilmot and trust that you will have an enjoyable stay. Please complete this form with the details of your groups planned stay. Once your form has been submitted our administrator will contact you to discuss your booking. Bookings will be confirmed once we have received your deposit (10% or $100).

Cancellations due to Covid will be fully refunded including deposit. All other cancellations will lose their deposit if cancelled more than 2 weeks in advance of booking. Bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to start date will be liable for full amount.

All participants from your group must fill out a waiver form. The group leader is responsible for making sure this happens before the group arrives on site.

Liability Waivers - It is the responsibility of the group leader to make sure that everyone in your group brings a liability waiver signed by themselves or parents (If under 18 years old).  These will be emailed to you when your booking is confirmed.   We will be in touch to confirm your booking. A fee of $100 or 10% (whichever is greater) is required to confirm your booking. *
