If you want to buy supplies or items for an event, fundraiser or for PTA use, you need to fill in this form first. If the expense total is not known exactly, please give your best estimate. We will review your application and let you know via email if you can continue and purchase the items. Please do not buy anything before having written confirmation of approval from the PTA committee as we may not be able to reimburse you.
