Patriot Program Student Sign Up
All Meadowvale students in Grades Pre-K-5th are invited to participate in our Patriot Program, sponsored by the PTA.  This is an extra-curricular activity that encourages students to learn more about American history and the facts behind many of the symbols and customs.

This program is presented as an INDEPENDENT, at-home study to promote personal achievement and pride associated with being an American citizen.

After your child is signed up, they will receive information and a study guide to work on at home.  This will come home in October, the week before the Patriot program starts.  When your child is ready to be evaluated on each criterion, a parent volunteer at school will review, on a weekly basis, what your child has learned and keep a record of their progress.  As students advance each year, requirements build on what was learned the prior year.  Evaluation dates for all grades (Pre-K-Grade 5) will run from October 21st, 2019- January 10th, 2020.

Patriot Program requirement categories:

Pledge of Allegiance
United States Flag
Patriotic Song
    Symbols and Monuments
