Take advantage of this special opportunity to deepen intimate communication with your pre-teen and teen daughters! Join us for a discussion of the menstrual cycle as a vital sign:
-development in puberty
-menstrual cycle maturation
-the importance of ovulation
-how to balance hormones
-how to track the menstrual cycle
We will also give solutions for what to do when hormones or cycles are irregular or otherwise problematic, including lifestyle management, for which parental reinforcement is essential! We will have fun ice breakers, and everything will be presented in the context of Catholic teaching on feminine dignity. Spanish educational materials will be provided to interested mothers.
When: March 13, 1-4 pm
Where: St. Monica Hall, St. Joseph Catholic Church
