This is an interest application for our Solarbration Weekend during the solar eclipse in April. We have 15 spots available and want to keep the booths varied. We will be be having booths both Saturday the 6th and Sunday the 7th, as well as the day of the eclipse the 8th. Included below are also dates for the rest of 2024,. If you are interested in being a vendor at those events, please check those boxes. Those events will be one day only.
Vendors will be set up in our fundraising area at the corner of Ashboro and 200 (Harmony Road). Please understand that vendors will be specifically
selected due to the limited amount of space. The space is limited and we want to make sure every vendor has a successful weekend! If selected, vendor
fees will be $25 for shops and $75 for food trucks and invoices will be sent with emails.
This is roughly the timeline but more information will come available when the time is closer---Set up will end at 10:45 am, the EFRC opens for tours at 10am, but guests will be coming up after.---
Vendors are then invited to come on a private tour of the rescue center after tear down on Saturday and those unable to stay will get passes to come back out.
Vendors will need to provide tables, chairs, tents for their areas. There is limited electricity available so if you need electricity, please note it below.
