2024 USA National Diabolo Competition Registration - Individual
This form is for registration for the Individual division of the 2024 USA National Diabolo Competition. Please ensure that you have read all the competition details on our website (https://www.usadiaboloassociation.org/) before filling out this form.

If you are under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian fill out the registration form on your behalf.

For this year, our registration fee is $50 per competitor. If you are bringing family and friends, please let us know how many guests you are bringing below. Full payment must be made to the USADA through PayPal to usa.diabolo.association@gmail.com. Please include the participant name and competition division in the payment description.

Registration after 11:59 PM ET on May 1st, 2024 will incur an additional late fee of $10. We will not be accepting registration after 11:59 PM ET on June 1st, 2024. We reserve the right to close registration early after May 1st if we determine we have reached the maximum number of participants.

Once you have submitted the registration form AND we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email from usa.diabolo.association@gmail.com indicating your registration is complete. If you are missing either the registration form or the payment, your registration will not be considered complete.
