For consignors’ protection, alterations to the tags (lowering/increasing price or adding/removing a star) WILL NOT be accepted any time during the sale. Any tags that you wish to change the price or reduce/donate status need to be RE-PRINTED. *
Required
I understand that there is NO MAXIMUM number of items that I may bring to the sale (except shoes - there is a 25 pair limit on shoes). *
Required
I understand that as a consignor I will earn 60% of my sales less a $15 consignor fee  per 1000 items or fraction thereof (less if I prepay online before the event or mark all items REDUCE & DONATE in the  tagging process). I have the opportunity to earn 65-75% of my sales if I help at the sale as a Team Member for 4 or more hours. *
Required
POWER SELLERS: I UNDERSTAND THAT CONSIGNORS BRINGING OVER 500 TAGS, who are NOT donating their items, are REQUIRED to provide help during the sorting shift depending on the number of items tagged (Sunday from 4-10pm). I understand that if I am unable to help during the sorting shift, my items EITHER need to be marked “donate” OR I must bring under 500 tags (based on the count in the tagging system).                                                                   *
Required
POWER SELLERS: I UNDERSTAND THAT CONSIGNORS BRINGING OVER 500 TAGS will be charged a consignor fee for every 1000 items (or fraction thereof). Example: 1-1000 items: $15; 1001-2000 items: $30. I understand that this calculation will be based on the number of items in the tagging system.                                                               *
Required
POWER SELLERS: I understand that if I am not able to/choose not to work breakdown, I may pay $60 per person (depending on the number of my tagged items) so that JBF may hire someone in my place. I understand that if JBF hires someone in my place for breakdown, $60 will be deducted from my check and I will not be eligible for an additional percentage on the breakdown shift.                       *
Required
I understand that there is a minimum $3 price for hanging clothing items. *
Required
I understand that clothing must be CLEAN AND STAIN-FREE. Items with excessive wear will not be accepted. *
Required
I understand that my items will be inspected after drop off and unacceptable items will be removed from the sales floor. Unacceptable items marked donate will automatically be donated. JBF reserves the right to remove unacceptable items from the sales floor throughout the sale. JBF reserves the right to reject grossly overpriced items. *
Required
I understand that JBF implements a "rejected items fee". I understand that for each game/puzzle missing a piece, I will be charged a $5 fee. I also understand that for every item that is rejected from the sale (for stains, rips, tears, dirt, non-working condition, missing pieces, etc), I will be charged $.25/item after the first 5 items. I will not be charged for the first 5 items rejected (we are all human and may overlook a few small things!), but will be charged for all items after the first 5. This amount will be taken out of my consignor check. *
Required
I understand and agree that JBF Broomfield/Brighton is not responsible for fire, loss, theft, or damage to my sale items.  JBF Broomfield/Brighton attempts to account for each and every item a consignor brings in, but theft and mistakes during check-out can happen. JBF Broomfield/Brighton offers Premium Protection for team members for items priced over $25. This is an "insurance policy" where we will scan your high value items into a database. JBF Broomfield/Brighton will only reimburse for team members' missing items in the Premium Protection program. *
Required
I understand that consignor pick-up (for any unsold items) is October 11 from 9:30-11am.  I understand that any items not picked up during this time will be donated at 11:01am.
