Food Service Frozen 5 Day Meal Boxes for students currently attending school “In Person”
(All enrolled students currently attending school “In Person” qualify for the pickup of the meal boxes every Wednesday by signing up on this form -- Form must be submitted to receive a box)

Pickups of meal boxes are "WEDNESDAYS ONLY" at all 5 schools from 10-11 am starting Wednesday, January 20th. Boxes will be available for curbside pickup every Wednesday for "In Person" students. The meals are intended to cover the weekdays and weekend days that the students are not in school each week. One box per student will be distributed each week. (This is not intended for the 100% virtual students. We have a meal box sign up and Monday pick up for those students---See Sign up form for Virtual Students)
