Our statement of purpose:
The DIG at Drexel University College of Medicine (DUCOM) aims to educate students at DUCOM about the field of dermatology. Our organization seeks to provide opportunities for dermatology-related shadowing, research, and volunteering, as well as opportunities for community engagement such as Melanoma Awareness Month in May and the National Psoriasis Foundation Walk in September. Furthermore, students in the DIG are encouraged to connect with DUCOM alumni and residents in dermatology during networking events and panels that will be hosted by the DIG.
