This form is for Cardfight!! Vanguard ー Premium (Day 1).
You may only register your team for one tournament per day.
Only complete teams with 3 members are eligible.
Players are all required to submit a Deck Log to register.
Only one form submission is required per team. Please note that only the email address used to submit this form will receive a confirmation email. (Team members do not need to submit separately.)
You may edit your response (including your Deck Logs) up until the end of check-in on the day of the event.
Players must use a unique Clan from their teammates.
Cards from products released less than 2 weeks prior to this event's date may not be used.
