The various groups within the organizing  team are:

1. Operations: Organizes functional aspect of annual conference from agenda, panelists, and  purchases, to year-over-year strategy

2. Finance: manages payments, grant funds, and partnerships with donors, recruiters and partners

3. Media and marketing: implement and support the branding of the Collective through social media and our direct website

4. Engagement: engage with Sadie Collective members by planning supplementary events and additional content outside of the annual conference
