As the Governments guidance becomes clearer on holiday club schemes we are able to accept formal bookings for holiday club at Ulverley Rising Stars.

Bookings will be restricted to a maximum of 30 children at any one time.  Due to restrictions this year we will be offering the following options for bookings.

All day - 8.30 - 3.30 - £21.00
Morning session - 8.30 - 12 midday - £15.00
Afternoon session - 12 midday - 3.30 - £15.00

This booking form in line with our terms and conditions is a formal booking for your child to attend Ulverley Rising Stars holiday club. The closing date for booking a holiday club space will be Friday 16th October.
