Place: Soccer Fields on Veterans Ave by the VA and North Glendale Ave.- Tomah, WI

Ages accepted: Boys and Girls entering grades K-5 for 2025-2026 can be enrolled
Times: 5pm-7pm
Each child should bring their own water bottle for each day.
Children in grade K are required to have a parent/guardian stay during the camp and help guide their child through the drills and supervise them.
Older children may be dropped off and picked up at the end of each camp session.
Players who register before June 6 will also receive a complimentary camp T-Shirt. Registering after June 6 are not guaranteed a shirt, but are welcome to attend. T-shirt registration time has ended. Your child is welcome to attend all the same!

By submitting this form, you hereby give consent as the parent/guardian for the registered child/ren to participate in St. Paul Lutheran Church and School's Soccer Camp and VBS program. You and your child/ren hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the church, school, its employees and/or volunteers from any and all liability for any claim, injury, or loss sustained by or during your child/ren's participation. You furthermore authorize St. Paul to take and use photographs and/or video of your child/ren for crafts, keepsakes, or promotional purposes in any type of media and understand you will not be compensated for any such use. In the event of an emergency, the staff has your permission to seek necessary medical treatment for your child/ren.
