Coffee Service Order Form - On-Campus
The North Central College Coffee Lab and Enactus students are pleased to provide coffee and tea service to the NCC community. 

Please note that we are now offering small service for pick-up from The Lab. For larger orders and for orders that require onsite set-up, please reach out directly to Parkhurst. They will be using our coffee for on-campus coffee services. (Andy Bormann @ abormann@parkhurstdining.com or northcentralcatering.catertrax.com)

The Coffee Lab is available as follows:
- Customer container pick-up and drop-off only (we will not be delivering to locations outside of LAC)
- Service is only available M-Th with pick-up after 8:45 AM and before 4 PM
- Unfortunately, service is not available on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- Service is limited to a maximum of up to 3 Pump Pots.
- If you need a larger volume or service outside of these hours, please reach out to Parkhurst. They are utilizing our coffee!

Please note that all submissions will receive a follow-up email confirming your request and the total that will be billed to your account. If you do not receive this email, your request did not go through. If this happens, please email us directly at coffeelab@noctrl.edu.

If you would like our roaster to select a balanced blend of choices, please indicate "Roaster's Choice."
