Thank you for your interest in using our facilities! Sharing space with the community is an important part of our mission as the Episcopal Church in Northfield.
Please complete this form at least two weeks before your event to begin the reservation process. Your reservation is not guaranteed until you have received an official confirmation from the All Saints Operations Coordinator (typically within 3-5 business days). Our goal is to be welcoming to all, but we retain the right to reject a request for any reason.
We have several spaces available with different features and capacities. Chairs and tables are available to be set up in various configurations. Depending on the type of event and your relationship with All Saints, a usage donation may be requested.
We ask that all our guests review these basic expectations:
- Please leave the space just as you found it when you arrived. If someone has to clean up after you, we may request an extra donation for their time.
- Do not use rooms you have not reserved, or borrow furnishings or other items from them. Common hallways, restrooms, and coat hanging areas are included in all reservations.
- Do not use the All Saints name or logo on advertising in a way that implies that we are sponsoring or endorsing your event (unless we are!)
The health and safety of our members and guests is a top priority:
- Events with children and youth are required to conform to safeguarding policies of the Episcopal Church in Minnesota.
- All Saints Church is a smoke-free facility and property. Alcohol use requires special authorization.
