Our Approach is to treat the students of the P2S program with dignity and respect and in turn we expect the same.

The role and responsibilities of Mentors to our Mentees:  All Mentors of the P2S program are seasoned professionals in their chosen field of endeavor.  They're highly educated and successful and are volunteering their time to mentor our young people.  As such, the expectation level for inclusion to this program is high.  Mentors are giving of their time, talent, and treasury to ensure the ongoing growth of the mentees that we serve.  This program is not designed for those who do not feel they can fully engage at the expectation level of the program.   The value proposition for the student is access to the power brokers of today and realizing opportunities that do not come to most in our community.  We value these young minds and are serious about their potential. "What the see is what they will be."

Parents Roles & Responsibilities:

Parents/guardians play a pivotal role in the work we do.  We ask for your support and partnership as we work with your student.  Should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out, as our goal is to work collaboratively to improve our program.  We will have opportunities for parents to attend outings, engage in volunteer work, and participate in our P2S Workshops.
