A confirmation email will be issued once your booking has been processed and payment received.  This will include a copy of the conference timetable and directions to the venue. 

 

Booking Terms - Current Members** ONLY

The Conference is FREE to attend although a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a place. Bookings must be received on or before Thursday 1 June 2023. 

·         Attendees must be current members of IETA UK & Ireland.

·         Members’ rates apply to current** students, practitioners and associate members of IETA worldwide. One ticket per member.

·         Booking fee is accepted as non-refundable.  In the event of cancellation, it is not possible to refund either the booking fee or any compulsory membership taken out to enable attendance.

·        Menu choice and payment for the evening meal will be issued separately.

** Current means an IETA member at the time of booking with membership guaranteed active over the Conference weekend
