The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawaiʻi welcomes you to worship in-person with us.
 
Although this pre-check is not required, we would appreciate if you would complete a precheck here the week previous to the worship service you plan to attend so we can better prepare a safe service for you.  

If you forget to sign in, you will NOT be turned away.

If more than one person will be attending a particular worship service from your household, only one of you needs to sign in here.

To ensure your personal safety and protection of others, we are currently limiting the number of people who can safety worship together and we ask you take the following precautions as you worship with us:

1) Maintain social distancing (6 feet) from those outside of your household.

2) Use the hand sanitizer when entering sanctuary

3) Use Face Masks

4) Stay at home if you feel sick, have been exposed to someone who is sick, recently tested for COVID19 and awaiting test results, or recently returned from a high-risk destination.

5) Please enter through the front door only and sign in at the greeters table in the foyer.  

6) Ushers will take you to your seats.
