The tasks will take you an hour to complete and must be done with the person who has diabetes if they are over the age of 8 years old.

We cannot order the pump or book the start until the tasks have been completed.

If you cannot compete a tasks email us at Contact us and we will arrange an appointment to support you.

If you get more than one question wrong for the video questions, you will need to re-take the questions. The questions are easy if you watch the full video. The score will be revealed on completing the form.

What is your current daily background or basal insulin dose.

Tom is 14 years old. He takes 34 units of Lantus. Therefore his background is 34units

Pump examples

Go into the pump setting to find total daily insulin and get the average of the last 14 days and see how much is basal insulin.
