Upon loan of Equipment, the Borrower will receive the following: Trimble R1 GNSS Receiver, carrying case, charging cord, antenna. The Borrower will be responsible for the proper use of the Equipment and shall return the Equipment in as good condition as when received, except for reasonable wear and tear. *

The Borrower will not allow others to use the Equipment without prior approval from UFI. The Borrower is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement of any Equipment that is damaged or lost while in the Borrower's possession. The Borrower agrees to use the Equipment for University business only. *
