Westlake HS - Summer School 2024                   Credit Recovery Application - SESSION 1 ONLY
Enrollment Form for High School Summer School 2024. 

Session 1 is May 28th-May 31st, June 3rd - June 7th. 8am-2:30pm. Credit Recovery will meet in the TLC Building on campus.

The Credit Recovery course requires a daily minimum of 6 hours logged in and working on the assigned course. 
Attendance options:   1. 8am - 11am in person  + 3 hours outside on own
                                       2. 11am - 2pm in person + 3 hours outside on own
                                       3. 8am - 2pm in person 

In-person, on campus instruction will be available at all times during Session 1. Student will attend a minimum of 3 hours in person to satisfy the Attendance requirement. 

Westlake Summer School is available to Westlake High School Students only.  

Please complete the following registration form. Students should contact their counselor if they are unsure of the course needed to be regained. Once the enrollment form is submitted,  payment should be made online.

*Enrollment confirmation will be sent to student and parent. Teachers will communicate with students through their school email address, so please be sure to check that.
