Please use this form to request a refund for PLL4 conference fees. Refunds will be made back to the credit card used to register for the conference (less a $10 CDN fee for processing the credit card transaction). Note that it is possible to request a refund now and re-register later for the conference by paying the fee appropriate at the time you register.

Requesting a refund does not affect your membership in IAPLL.
