SSUP PRESCHOOL 2023 SUMMER WAITLIST
Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child in our toddler program. We take great pride in our programs and we are doing our best to keep our class sizes to a minimum due to Covid-19 and to ensure that our students receive the best care by our teachers/guides and that we are able to meet each child's developmental needs and are able to support them individually.

Please fill out this questionnaire to the best of your ability and provide us with as much information as possible, so we can get to know your child and help our admission process run faster.

This waitlist questionnaire form does not guarantee enrollment. This questionnaire is used as a place holder tool for when a student space becomes available, then we will reach out to you in the order of the waitlist.

Step #1 Send inquiry through the website. (done)
Step #2 Fill out the waitlist questionnaire. (this form)
Step #3 A tour will be scheduled.
Step #4 Begin filling out the SSUP Application & Lic. Pre-Admission Form.
Step #5 SSUP Tour & Interview with your child. Suggestion for quicker processing-Bring your application documents to the tour and if you choose to move forward, submit your application after the tour. If you do not submit the application within 5 days of the tour, you will need to resubmit the waitlist questionnaire and will be moved to the next available spot.
Step #6 You will receive an acceptance or denial notice of admission.
Step #7 Complete all licensing forms and submit them to SSUP prior to your child's first day of school or by specified deadline.
Step #8 Sign the enrollment contract and bring all of your child's supplies to the meet and greet!
