Rochdale AFC is committed to promoting high standards of respect and behaviour from not only staff and players but also parents, carers, and spectators. To inspire and develop our players to be successful both on and off the pitch. Our environment should be enjoyable, safe, and designed to the highest standards of excellence, promoting a fun time combined with discipline and focus. The role of parents is critical to creating and reinforcing this positive environment, through behaviour, communication, education and effective positive communication with coaches.

Reflecting this contribution, we are committed to the full but also appropriate involvement of parents in their son’s development pathway. This document sets out some guidelines for behaviour that will help to optimise progress for all the players involved.
