The Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition is seeking 5 new members to sit on our steering group to help set the strategic direction of the Coalition’s work.

The overarching purpose of the steering group is to provide strategic leadership for the Coalition, to oversee operational plans, and to provide support and guidance to the staff team. The group currently consists of 10 members and is chaired by Amy Whitelock Gibbs.

Applications are open only to organisations that are existing members of the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition. We are specifically looking for members with expertise in:

1. Neurodiversity
2. LGBTQ+ young people
3. Inpatient and crisis care
4. Youth advocacy and engagement

We are committed to advancing equity, anti-racism and inclusion through all aspects of our work.

In order to apply, please identify a key lead contact who will join the group on behalf of your organisation. We ask that this is a senior role within the organisation.
