Payment can be made 2 ways:
1. Cash/check* (made out to Willow Dale Home and School)         There is  a $15.00 returned check fee.                                              
2. Venmo to @WillowDaleHSA   Please be sure to mark the payment as “Spirit Wear” with student name.

If ordering multiple quantities of the same size item, please make a note in the order comments.  (Ex. 3 Youth Large Blue Short Sleeve T-Shirts)

Please be sure to include student name, teacher name and email address.  Spirit Wear will be distributed at school.  Students staying virtual may pick their items up at the front office.
