Help arrange catering and snacks

Help give rides from hotels to the church

Pick up participants from the airport

Offer home hospitality on Friday and Saturday evening

Help provide childcare during the training

Help prepare materials and supplies

Help make travel arrangements for trainers

Lead youth group on 5-28 so our youth advisors can attend the training

Be on-site for part of the training to lend logistical support
