Important note for EASY Mobility Online users
Please note that before starting using the system, you need to work on the General Settings, Academic Year Settings, Exchange Programmes and Semester settings. You find access to those settings by clicking on the 3 lines on the top right of the system after logging in.  You will need to do some test applications before using the system for real applications and let the AEC office know when you will be starting using the system for your upcoming application round (go-live). Please note that, if you experience some difficulties after reading the support material, you can always send questions to events@aec-music.eu. Help from Mobility Online is incuded in the fee up to 1h, after that, extra support packages need to be purchased via Mobility Online
