This information will be used to create the scholarship and donor databases, as well as provide scholarship information to applicants. All scholarship applications include the student’s GPA, community service hours, a list of their clubs, activities, work experience, National test scores (ACT or SAT), honors, college plans, career interests, and a short description of an important event in their life.
