GoGuardian Parent App Request Form

Parents can use this form to request the GoGuardian parent monitoring service for students in grades 8-12. This will allow parents to monitor and filter student internet usage for a student device outside of school hours. Please allow 2 business days to process the request and send registration instructions.

Please enter the access code on the GoGuardian enrollment sheet. If you have more than one student you'd like to monitor you only need the access code from one student. If you do not have an enrollment sheet please contact the school office.
