Cancellation Policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel your trip, please contact Luxury Italian Tours Inc. and its affiliates in writing. The following schedule applies and is determined by the day that we receive written notification:
· Cancellation up to 120+ days before commencement of services, the trip planning fee and/or trip deposit is non-refundable.
· Cancellation up to 120-61 days before commencement of services, the trip planning fee and/or trip deposit is non-refundable.
· Cancellation 60-46 days before commencement of services, 65% of total trip price in non-refundable.
· Cancellation 45-31 days before commencement of services, 80% of total trip price is non-refundable.
· Cancellation 30-0 days before commencement of services, 100% of total trip price is nonrefundable.
Additional rules may be imposed following the global pandemic. All travelers are obligated to comply with all local rules and regulations. Luxury Italian Tours and its affiliates cannot be responsible or provide refunds if you opt not to comply.
If you are renting a villa, each property has its own rules and guidelines that may differ from the policies set forth by Luxury Italian Villas and its affiliates. The specific policies of the villa will be stated in a separate agreement that must be agreed upon prior to the commencement of the stay.
To cancel your trip, you must notify our office in writing. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Please inquire further about third-party services.
Any confirmed reservations are also subject to the cancellation policy set forth by third party vendors engaged by Luxury Italian Tours on behalf of the party. Luxury Italian Tours cannot provide any additional compensation beyond their policies. These policies may affect your refunds as stated in the schedule above.
