Dance Elite’s 2024 recital will be held on June 22, 2024 at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland!

Below is an order form for the 2024 Recital T-Shirt. A form must be submitted for each individual dancer/parent t-shirt order. Multiple t-shirts cannot be order in a single form

T-shirts are available for purchase for $30 per shirt. T-shirts include a custom design with the recital title logo, recital year, Dance Elite logo and a list of all participating dancers on the back.

All payments are final, and no refunds or credits will be issued after payments are made.
