Join us for an hour of chill time and mindfulness!*

The session will run as follows:
- 10 Minutes of Mindful Meditation
- 50 Minutes of colouring and general chatting

*Please be on time. Mindful Meditation will begin 5 minutes after the session start time.

- Relieves stress and enhances creative thought
- Allows students to not only connect with peers but also their mind, body and soul
