Taiyou Con Staff Application
Staff is required to attend monthly planning meetings (in person or virtually) in order to stay up to date on convention operations. If you do not want to attend meetings or you do not have the time commitment to plan a convention, please visit our volunteer page. Volunteers only have limited responsibilities and simple tasks at the convention.

Be aware that all positions are non-paid, but as staff members, you will be issued a badge, allowed access to the staff lounge with snacks, refreshments, comped or discounted hotel rooms* (subject to availability), given Taiyou Con merchandise, invited staff party, etc. You are essentially bartering your effort for these items. In addition, we will act as a referral and write any letters of recommendations for your future jobs.

You will receive a copy of your submission. Therefore, you must sign into a Google account in order to submit this application. A staff member will contact you for an interview. All staff members must go through an interview process.
